We understand that you may want to delete your Pixel Focus account. This
page provides clear instructions on how to permanently delete your
account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be
permanently removed:

Account Information: Your email address and
authentication credentials

Profile Data: All profile settings and preferences

Session History: All focus sessions, break times, and
productivity statistics

App Settings: Custom timer configurations and
notification preferences

Cloud Data: Any data synced to our Firebase servers
Note: Local data stored on your device will remain
until you uninstall the app or clear app data manually.
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Delete Account Through the App (Recommended)

Launch the Pixel Focus app on your device.

Navigate to the Settings section from the main menu.

Look for "Account" or "Profile" settings within the Settings menu.

Tap on "Delete Account" or "Remove Account" option.

Read the warning message carefully and confirm that you want to
permanently delete your account.

You may be asked to re-authenticate (enter password or use biometric
authentication) to confirm your identity.

If you cannot access the app or encounter issues with the in-app
deletion process, you can request account deletion by contacting our
support team.

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation
email once your account has been deleted.
What Happens After Deletion

in to your account
